PRIVACY POLICY

This information is provided pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Reg. 679/2016 – European General Data Protection Regulation, abbreviated to GDPR, in reference to the processing of personal data of users consulting and interacting with the KLARCO website (https://www.klarco.com), and related services (e.g. informative browsing in the pages of the site, requests for information by email or from other addresses provided, filling in forms, requests for access to restricted areas, subscription to newsletters, etc.).

Processing is carried out in compliance with the fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the dignity of the person concerned, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data.

The information is provided only for the KLARCO website (https://www.klarco.com) and not for other external websites that may be consulted by the user via links. Unless otherwise specified, it will be referred to as the “site”.

The information is also based on the following regulatory sources

  • Directive 2002/21/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 March 2002 on a common regulatory framework for electronic communications networks and services (the so-called Framework Directive), as amended and supplemented;
  • Directive 2002/58/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 July 2002 concerning the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector (the so-called ePrivacy Directive), as amended by Directive 2009/136/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2009

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING

The processing operations connected to the web services of this site take place at the Owner’s infrastructures or at those in charge of their operation (web service providers), and are carried out exclusively by the personnel in charge of processing. Data processing takes place on the basis of their storage in computer files in the respective archives, with a guarantee of compliance with the appropriate measures in accordance with Articles 24 and 32 of the GDPR. No data resulting from the web service is communicated (except as specified below) or disseminated. The personal data provided by users who send requests for information material (e.g. requests for information, newsletter subscriptions, etc.) are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or provision requested and are communicated to third parties only if necessary for this purpose (e.g. for shipping services).

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data (so-called log files) whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment.

This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct operation. The data may be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the site and may be shown to the Judicial Authorities, should the latter explicitly request it.

Data provided voluntarily by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site or the filling in of any forms on the site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary to reply to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. In the case of forms or forms, you will be asked for specific consents and obligations to take note of this informative note, which will refer to this page. Furthermore, any summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site set up for particular services on request.

Cookies use policies

The website uses cookies necessary for its operation and cookies used for statistical purposes or to improve and optimise the user’s browsing experience, also provided by third parties. NATURE OF DATA PROVISION

Apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data contained in the request forms to KLARCO or indicated in contacts to request the sending of informative material or other communications. Failure to provide such data or failure to provide them correctly may make it impossible to obtain what has been requested. In order to send the forms/forms, it is necessary to read the privacy policy provided herewith. Any further processing for promotional or marketing purposes is subject to the request for specific consents. For the sake of completeness, it must be remembered that in some cases (not subject to the ordinary management of this site) the Authority may request news and information for the purposes of checking the processing of personal data. In these cases, a reply is compulsory under penalty of administrative sanction.

METHODS OF PROCESSING

Personal data are processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorised access.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS

With regard to the data itself, you may always exercise the rights provided for by Reg. 679/2016 (CD. GDPR), whereby the subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time, pursuant to Articles 15 to 21 of Reg. 679/2016 to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of such data and to know its content and origin (so-called Access Art. 15), verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification (Art. 16). Pursuant to the following articles, you have the right to request cancellation (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), portability (Art. 20) and opposition (Art. 21).
