In order to facilitate the reporting on breaches, Klarco has equipped itself with an IT platform, external to its own information systems and managed by an autonomous manager.

Once the report has been entered, the Manager will investigate the information on breaches, as set out in the Procedure. The Manager may communicate with the reporting person via the platform.
Klarco shall under no circumstances have access to the system/platform.
Oral reporting is always possible, in the manner provided for in the Procedure.
Whistleblowing
